Déjele saber a su cliente que la oferta "Escrow Repair" tiene dos opciones;  A) Puede financiar la cantidad de reserva de reparaciones.
B) Puede pagar por adelantado para poder cerrar y despues reparar.

Sales contract

El contrato es electrónico y se genera de manera automático cuando ganas la oferta. Verifique su email y el folder de Spam para asegurar que le llegó. Extensions

Se tienen que enviar con 5 dias de anticipqacion a la fecha de vencimiento del contrato y tu carta explicativa debe decir lo mismo en su contenido a lo que escriba el banco en la carta de ellos.
